Pool Safety & Compliance

We are dedicated to ensuring the safety of our young Australians through the certification of swimming pool and spa barriers as required by Victorian law.

Did you know?

80% of barriers in Victoria do not meet safety standards.
20 seconds and a few centimetres of water is all it takes for a child to drown.
Drowning is one of the biggest killers of kids under 5.

Don’t risk it.

What you need to know

On 1st December 2019, laws were introduced to improve the safety of swimming pools and spas in Victoria. This legislation requires your pool or spa to be registered with your local council and the barrier certified every 4 years. Fines and council fees may apply to those who don’t comply with these measures.
